FAQ

Do you also deliver outside of Germany?

Yes, that’s possible — however, not via the regular checkout process in the shop.

If you live outside of Germany and would like to place an order, just get in touch with us via the contact form 😊

(The MASA 2 is not shipped to the UK.)

Can I test the Darts?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible, as is common with online shops.

There are several obstacles that would involve significant effort for us as a shop operator: starting with a legally sound trial or rental agreement, continuing with tracking the “loaned” darts, and including the number of sets that would be in circulation at the same time and therefore unavailable for sale.

Given our very small production volumes and the associated effort, this is unfortunately not feasible.

If you live in the Stuttgart area, you can visit the dart shop “Kilo80” in Korb near Waiblingen. All sets can be purchased and tried out on site.

Otherwise, the usual approach applies: simply order the sets you’re interested in and test them at home 😊

Of course, returns are only possible if the darts are unused.

Can I change the tips of your darts?

Sure, an exchange is possible — but at your own risk.
The tips are pressed in as usual and can be replaced with suitable tools.
Please note: we do not accept any liability for damage to the barrel caused by changing the tips.

Do all tips from other manufacturers fit?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a guarantee for this.
Both the drillings in the barrels and the tips from different manufacturers are subject to minimal tolerances, so a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed.

However, we have consistently received positive feedback from customers so far.

Does the Caliburn system fit steel dart tips?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a guarantee for this.
Both the drillings in the barrels and the spigots from Caliburn are subject to minimal tolerances, so a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed.

So far, however, we have only received positive feedback. The most commonly used diameters are 2.34 mm and 2.35 mm.

Are sponsorships possible?

A traditional sponsorship with financial support is not possible.

Even if it may sometimes seem otherwise, MASA is a small sole proprietorship and therefore cannot provide financial backing for ambitious amateur players, semi-professionals, or professionals.

How can I become a MASA player/ambassador?

In Team MASA, there are players and ambassadors who are supported through partial product sponsorship.

All of them were initially MASA customers — convinced by the products, the idea, and the philosophy. Out of this conviction, discussions arose that ultimately led to a mutual agreement.
